KIMSAN has grown up in Kandal Province, near by a village which comprised of many arts that influenced this cow guardian keeping in mind of becoming and dreaming to be an artist in the future. In 2010, KIMSAN changed his living to Phnom Penh in order to reach his ambition.
In 2014, he has achieved his goals and graduated in oil painting bachelor program of art from Royal University of Fine Arts where he has found his true beloved inner interests and skills.
Many years after, in 2016, he has graduated his another bachelor’s degree program in English Language from Norton University. During that, in 2012, he has attended his drawing class more at Yamada School of Art which is a private art school, and became teacher over there from 2018 until 2021. Presently, he is still pursuing his Master Degree of Drawing and art at Royal Academy of Cambodia.
Currently, he is a Professor of art at Royal University of Fine Arts. As an in independent artist, he has participated in many group exhibitions and built up plenty of samples artistic as well. His talents of achievements has exhibited in Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, China and so on. He wishes his passion would be parts of transforming and promoting actions for the arts in Cambodia, especially through painting and drawing here.
