Our Story
S’Art, a name that plays on the Khmer word for beautiful, began as an urban arts festival on the Phare Ponleu Selpak campus in 2018, featuring international and local mural artists. It expanded city-wide in Battambang in 2019 and became a successful city-wide event in 2023, now celebrating its 4th edition
