Your Voucher
It is not necessary to print your voucher or e-mail confirmation. Upon arrival at Phare Ponleu Selpak, let the Customer Service know you booked online and give them your name. You may show them the voucher or confirmation on your smartphone as back-up
NOTE: If you booked on our website and did not receive e-mail confirmation, please contact us so that we can verify the e-mail address in your booking
Late Arrival
For the safety of the artists and the comfort of other guests, no entrance is permitted once the show has started. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to show time to check-in and be seated prior to the start of the show. Our venue seats are not numbered and the seating is on a “first come first serve” basis. Phare campus is open to visitors and you can have a look at our exhibition space, café and boutique upon arrival
