  • Artist’s Bio:
    • Vutha TOR grew up in the Site 2 Refugee Camp on the Cambodia-Thai border, where he learned to draw and paint. After the fall of Khmer Rouge, he returned to Battambang and co-founded Phare Ponleu Selpak. He finished his art studies at the Pivaut Superior Applied School in France in 2013 and residency at Vermont Studio in 2018 (USA). His works have been displayed at French Embassy (2018) and French Cultural Institute in Cambodia (2017), in Bangkok and Krabi (Thailand) (2012), France (2010), Colombia, and the UN Headquarters in New York (2010). His artworks always show up for social issue and his experiences.
