- Artist’s Bio: Foo Kwee Horng (Art Foo) is a painter from Singapore. He turned to full-time painting in 2010 after having been an art teacher for 15 years. His works are characterised by the use of watercolours and oils with subject matter that ranges from portraits and figures to cityscapes and still lifes. Besides painting locally, his other preferred country to paint at is Cambodia.
